A signage and donor-recognition program for the ASO's new home — where every detail is tuned to the movement of sound.
About this project
When the Austin Symphony Orchestra moved from its historic Hamilton building, we designed a complete identity-in-space for the new headquarters: exterior signage, an ADA system, and a centerpiece donor wall.
The building letters are warm dark-gray retainerless channel letters in translucent white acrylic, mounted on a custom wireway inspired by the staffs of a sheet-music score.
The donor wall carries laser-engraved names on custom-cut anodized aluminum in gold, silver and black brushed finishes — a composition that reads like sound made visible. The work earned a 2025 Texas Sign Association Design Award.
